JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensures that all Production equipment which include Machines, Crane, Forklift and other related equipment are in good running condition.
• Take immediate action to rectify machine breakdown and get them running at the soonest time possible.
• Control machine downtime through Total Preventive Maintenance initiatives.
• Prepares machine preventive maintenance check sheet on a weekly basis and set up a file for continuous review.
• Supervise maintenance staff and plan and prepare work schedule for subordinates and monitor their compliance.
• Conduct training on subordinates to ensure that would be able to perform at the most effective manner.
• Maintain safe and clean working environment and ensure all subordinates comply with the Company’s Safety Policy in carrying out their daily work.
• Ensures the proper maintenance of the Company’s facilities which includes the Company hostels.
• Carry out any other work or responsibilities that may be assigned by the Superior from time to time.

• Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Machine Maintenance or equivalent
• At least 3 years related working experience in a manufacturing company.
