JOB DESCRIPTION
Attend to customers and ascertain each customer’s needs
Provide advice on product line to customers based on features, comparisons to other brands and promotions
Advise customers on current sales and promotions, including policies of payment schemes or other value-added information
Demonstrate use or operation of merchandise
Attend to customers pre and post sales inquiries with tactfulness
Assist workshops / online related activities when required
Handle all aspects of store including monitoring order, receiving of stock and storage of items
Maintain neat and organized stores
Maintain update and inventory records
Perform stock count and reconciliation weekly
Perform all other duties, activities and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
JOB REQUIREMENT
Technology-savvy and passionate about electronic gadgets
Customers oriented, patience and friendly
Strong interpersonal skill and able to communicate with all levels of people
Self-motivated, target-driven and interested to learn and grow in the retail industry
Competence to perform online live talk through dedicated online channel.
Must be willing to work on weekends, public holidays and shift basis (follow retail shop's operation hour) in a retail environment.
Possess good communication skills in Mandarin/Cantonese, English and Bahasa Malaysia to attend different customer groups.
