• Plan, schedule and ensure execution of daily, weekly and monthly activities to ensure smooth operations of a solar power plant
• Provide technical direction or support to installation teams during installation, start-up, testing, system commissioning, or performance monitoring.
• Monitoring the performance of the solar power plant on a day-to-day basis and must be available for immediate field trips in case of any fault recover
• Identifies problems and develops corrective action plans
• Scheduling and execution of preventive and predictive maintenance
• Travel to project sites and clients locations as assigned to perform all aspects of on-site installation, repair, maintenance, oversight, and modifications as required
• Responds to emergency call outs
• Ensure that all O&M activities performed at project sites complies with OEM (original equipment manufacturer) requirements and warranties
• Record and report all faults, deficiencies, and other unusual occurrences, as well as the time and materials expended on work orders.
• Provide timely written review reports from field operation, status, and constructive feedback as requested.
• Develop standard operation procedures and quality or safety standards for solar installation work.
• Handling, controlling and ensuring all the ISO 9001:2015 are always up to date.

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Renewable Energy or equivalent.
• Preferably 1- 2 Years of working experience in solar/electrical maintenance is required for this position.
• Should be flexible to perform installation role if needed
• Hands-on electrical background with trouble shooting and wiring
• Possess own transport with valid driving license and able to travel to project locations.
