• Brand guardian for the organisation.
• Ensure the consistent, professional application of company’s corporate identity, advising others to do the same.
• Conceptualise and develop brand elements for consistent use across collateral for print & online.
• Working on in-house packaging artwork as well as a variety of marketing collaterals design e.g. campaign banner, brochure, newsletter, advertisement, Facebook posting, poster, infographics etc. across the entire company business, from developing the designs from the initial brief to artwork or digital distribution.
• Combining creative flair with a keen eye for detail, good technical knowledge and organisational skills to produce high-quality materials.
• Always strive to deliver WOW design rather than a “standard” one, by delivering the key message to the viewer from the artwork.
• Liaising with marketing team across all the marketing campaigns that prepare by the internal team.
• Able to guide and direct junior designers/interns regarding creative, design and layouts.
• Able to do multitasking, to develop artwork from different requester within the timeline given.

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
• Graphic design experience in e-commerce/online business is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Google Drive
• A minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Understanding and experience of BRANDING, layout, colour theory and typography in both print and digital media.
• Strong in sense of design, creative and attentive to detail.
• Good time management and multi-tasking skill, ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure, developing creative design within tight deadlines.
• Be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to work under pressure and meet the timeline of design request
• Work closely with marketing team and able to bring out the key message based on company's branding & direction, to create brand recognition for users.
