JOB DESCRIPTION

• Troubleshooting a variety of computer, laptop and printer issues.
• Installing, configuring and maintaining hardware components of a computer and network systems. 
• Anti-virus software installation, reporting new virus files and malware removal.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, making recommendations to management.
• Basic skill in handling customers. Build and maintain a good relationship with customers.
• Provide telephone, remote, and on-site support for clients.
• Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Must have at least one year of working experience in an IT Support environment.
• Basic understanding of networking technology including LAN, WAN, DHCP, Internet access at enterprise environment.
• Willing to travel to client sites (when necessary)
• Basic understanding of Windows Server and other related OS server.
• Working knowledge and understanding of Windows environments including Active Directory.
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Degree in Information Technology or related.
• Able to start immediately would be an added advantage. 
• Self-initiated, good attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision and a good team player.
