JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Preparation of all requisite bids, quotation, screening exercise and tenders proposal.
  • Coordinate incoming and current job and liaise with workshop coordinator for job updates.
  • Manage purchase requisition of parts/material/consumables for job and in house requirement.
  • Manage delivery/receiving equipment or parts including delivery order, shipping documentation and invoice.
  • Prepare and update work schedule AFR and final report.
  • Liaise and verify all technical and commercial issues with clients.
  • Monitor and manage client’s overdue account.
  • Assist oil & gas technicians and project engineer on assembly, technical verification and lead time.
  • Update and manage data analysis for monthly customer complaints, quotation dateline, service quality report, customer satisfaction via customer survey form and ISO Risk Based Quality Objective.
  • To ensure oil & gas documentations and records are as per ISO documents.
  • Maintain the filling system.
  • All ad-hoc assignments as and when required by the Management from time to time.


JOB REQUIREMENT

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Diploma Mechanical Engineering/Advance Diploma/DVM/DKM or equivalent
  • At least 1 year experienced in engineering field
  • Positive working attitude, independent and cooperative.
  • Able to work in a team.
  • Willing to work in Shah Alam
