Preparation of all requisite bids, quotation, screening exercise and tenders proposal.
Coordinate incoming and current job and liaise with workshop coordinator for job updates.
Manage purchase requisition of parts/material/consumables for job and in house requirement.
Manage delivery/receiving equipment or parts including delivery order, shipping documentation and invoice.
Prepare and update work schedule AFR and final report.
Liaise and verify all technical and commercial issues with clients.
Monitor and manage client’s overdue account.
Assist oil & gas technicians and project engineer on assembly, technical verification and lead time.
Update and manage data analysis for monthly customer complaints, quotation dateline, service quality report, customer satisfaction via customer survey form and ISO Risk Based Quality Objective.
To ensure oil & gas documentations and records are as per ISO documents.
Maintain the filling system.
All ad-hoc assignments as and when required by the Management from time to time.

Diploma Mechanical Engineering/Advance Diploma/DVM/DKM or equivalent
At least 1 year experienced in engineering field
Positive working attitude, independent and cooperative.
Able to work in a team.
