Will follow the daily menu items and deliver well-prepared meals suitable for the consumption of at Hospitals in general and be mindful of the need of certain diet menu based on Hospitals diet requirement
Must be able to maintain, preserve and upkeep the utensils, cookieries and electrical appliances, workstations for its cleaniless and to follow strictly all procedures and safety that already been set
Training is provided
Make sure that all kitchen and wait staff adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure a clean and sanitary kitchen

The Cook must be able to cook Malay & Western dishes
At least 2-5 years experienced
SPM is acceptable. Diploma / degree in culinary is a bonus
Can work in shift: Morning 5.30am - 2.00pm. Afternoon 11.30am - 8.30pm
Willing to work in Hospital Putrajaya / Hospital Serdang / Hospital Ampang
Familiar with Hospital diet menu
