JOB DESCRIPTION

Project manager play the lead role in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing projects. They are accountable for the entire project scope, project team, resources, and the success or failure of the project.

• Familiarizing with all products and services offered by company.
• Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with Business Development team.
• Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
• Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to retain clients.
• Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
• Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
• Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
• Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
• Promptly response to clients' enquiries.
• Excellent in communication and networking skills.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• Resilience and able to cope with rejections.
• At least 1 year of experience in related field.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Flexible, outgoing, and confidence in appearance.
• Self-motivated, independent and results-driven.
