JOB DESCRIPTION

• Involve in Product Ideation, Sensory Evaluation & product development.
• Managing Test Kitchen inventory, liaise with equipment supplier on prototype machine evaluation and testing.
• Ensure test kitchen cleanliness and upkeep of retained samples.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Diploma / Degree in Culinology, Culinary Arts, Food Technology, Food Science.
• Experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) product development / Food & Beverage – Pastries, Bakery, Hot.
• Cooking / Research & Development in Food Manufacturing (any fields) will be added advantage.

Competencies (Skills & Abilities)

• Kitchen management know-how.
• Technical Sensory Evaluation.
• Good in Microsoft Office Apps – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Food cost calculation.
