JOB DESCRIPTION
- Involve in Product Ideation, Sensory Evaluation & product development.
- Managing Test Kitchen inventory, liaise with equipment supplier on prototype machine evaluation and testing.
- Ensure test kitchen cleanliness and upkeep of retained samples.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Diploma / Degree in Culinology, Culinary Arts, Food Technology, Food Science.
- Experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) product development / Food & Beverage – Pastries, Bakery, Hot.
- Cooking / Research & Development in Food Manufacturing (any fields) will be added advantage.
Competencies (Skills & Abilities)
- Kitchen management know-how.
- Technical Sensory Evaluation.
- Good in Microsoft Office Apps – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Food cost calculation.
