JOB DESCRIPTION
We are a company principally involved in STP Design Consultant. We invite individuals who are suitably qualified, positive and committed to best performance to apply for this position.
- Supervise construction works and projects at site including supervising general workers and monitor subcontractors to meet proposed schedule. Review and to ensure work accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist and report to Project Manager and attend site meeting if necessary, in order to liaise effectively with all level management and consultants for smooth progress.
- Monitor machineries and wastage of construction materials.
- Prepare related document, site diary and timely update of work to superior or management.
- To maintain good housekeeping and implement safety practices.
- Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.
- Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
- Perform other duties assigned by superior or management.

JOB REQUIREMENT
- Prefer candidates with Cert / Diploma in M&E Engineering/ Civil Engineering/ Construction/Structural)
- At least one (1) years of related working experience. We also prefer fresh graduate to apply this job.
- Able to read Autocad 2000 or the latest version.
- Independent and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Creative, organised, responsible, mature and able work independently.
- 1 position in citizen of Malaysian.
- Ability to organize and coordinate site activities.
- Prefer language in English and Malay.
