JOB DESCRIPTION

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters with strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Develop trusted advisory relationships with clients.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Develop potential and new business opportunities with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
• Collaborate with technical team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
• Interact with clients to meet their requests and resolve complaints.
• Prepare reports on account status with sales and clients reports and make recommendations for improvements.
• Source new prospects and negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Organize sales and product demonstrations events; product introduction, services provided by BPE Engineering & Services Sdn Bhd or other proposed events.
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
• Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
• Any other task(s) as assigned by the Management.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering field of study or other relevant field with experience in Electrical Engineering for Oil and Gas industry.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as Sales personnel in Oil and Gas industry.
• Proven work experience and achievements as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role.
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
• Solid experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel) and technical presentation to clients.
• Must familiar with Companies Act.
