JOB DESCRIPTION

• Preparing Profit and Loss Account and Balance Sheet for month end closing and review.
• Monitoring cash flow analysis.
• Liaising with internal and external parties for smooth month end closing/year-end audit.
• Maintain Fixed Assets register and Depreciation process.
• Help to deal with various HOD on any Finance related issues.
• To assist Financial Manager in preparation for budgeting and forecasting financial activities.
• SST Submission and Bank Reconciliation.
• Ability to recommend and implement processes.
• Assisting in preparing monthly variance analysis report.
• Maintaining Accrual and Prepayment transactions.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Minimum Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years accounting experience, preferably in an environment using menu driven accounting package, and from oil & gas industry is advantage.
• Knowledge in MYOB is advantage.
• Ability to handle large volume of paperwork and meet deadlines.
• Ability to successfully interact with all levels of employees in a multicultural environment.
• Must familiar with Companies Act.
