Account & Admin Assistant

  • Assist in day-to-day operations of the account department.
  • Assist in Account Payables.
  • Assist in Account Receivable.
  • Assist in Bank Reconciliation.
  • Assist in General Ledger and Journal Entries.
  • Perform checking and verify, to ensure all the accounting transaction is supported with proper supporting documents.
  • Assist in Inventory Management, Stock Taking, Stock Movement.
  • Assist in performing month end account closing, management account, management reporting, financial analysis and any other reports required by management.
  • Assist in other department’s related functions to improve business operation.
  • Assist in general admin duties.
  • Other ad-hoc assignment assigned by management.


  • Qualification at least LCCI/ Diploma/ Degree in Finance/Accountancy/ ACCA or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates encouraged to apply. 1 years or above working experience are added advantage.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, good work management.
