Assist to drive awareness and develop Cyberlynx’s brand/profile across local and international which include but not limited to school/academy visits, carnivals, open day, external events, conferences, sports day, seminars, public event, roadshows, interviews etc.
Work closely with academic department, sales/recruitment team & relevant stakeholders to execute timely action plans that will translate to higher number of enquiries, enrolments, and better brand positioning in the market.
Monitor lead generation efforts on daily basis and ensure reactive plan is in place if necessary.
Liaise and drive projects with multiple parties to ensure campaign deliverables are executed and in accordance with plan.
Monitor competitors' work/strategy/trends periodically and benchmark own work.
Build and maintain good relationship with the counsellors, industry partners, parents, associations etc.
Develop and execute physical marketing activities.
Responsible for the generation of quality leads for Cyberlynx.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Fresh graduate with a diploma/bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, e-commerce, international business, hr, language or any other relevant field.
Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A team player with the courage to take on new challenges with a positive mindset.
Must be result-oriented and performance driven.
Must possess own transport with valid driving license and willing to travel outstation on short notice.
Experience in esports tournament operations/production or ability to speak in Tamil or Mandarin will be added advantage!
