JOB DESCRIPTION

• Developing the company's HR agenda.
• Developing HR strategies, policies and practice.
• Structuring compensation and benefit packages.
• Work with company CEO and/or Director to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees.
• Oversee recruitment and selection process.
• Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive.
• Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have.
• Manage and supervise other HR staff, ensuring they are assigned and carry out proper tasks.
• Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws.
• Provide input on workforce and succession planning as well as planning of Company restructuring.
• Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing.
• Learning and Development, Plan Training Schedule for all staff.
• Administrator welfare matters and organizing staff activities.
• Providing HR consulting and solutions on HR matters to Company as well as to an employee on a daily basis.
• Others miscellaneous duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Qualification: Degree Graduate in Human Resources, Adult Education or related field.
• Have at least 3 years experience as HR Manager.
• Have at least 6 years Experience in HR Field.
• Good proficiency in English & Mandarin.
• Knowledge of various international Human Resources standards in the areas of compensation, employee relations, general benefits, employment, and staffing practices, and organizational development.
• Must possess the highest level of integrity, discretion, and judgment and can use those skills to build trusting relationships with others effectively.
