To ensure that the store is always kept clean and always be organized.
To keep record on issuance, stocking, ordering and receiving parts on all kinds of supplies to the store on daily or weekly basis accordingly with a monthly summary report.
To take and keep records on deliveries and on all incoming materials / items / parts.
To prepare Goods Received Notes (GRN) and submit to the Accounts Dept at HQ for all received goods and always maintain the records consistently.
To maintain & key–in all inventory data in computer via inventory software (FACT/MYOB)
To track documents and resolve any discrepancies on received items with orders.
To ensure accuracy of the inventory system by updating all records such as physical inventory in total, manual receipts, adjustments, returns and etc.
To manage inventory/supplies & to ensure it is within the establishment (min&max levels)
To keep an Up–to–Date records of all receipts, records and withdrawals from the store.
Shall be responsible for packing, labeling and returning of supplies.
Shall be responsible for the stock rotation and coordinate the disposal of surpluses.
To manage the handling of freight, the movement of equipment and minor repairs.
To maintain a good relationship with the supplier and the management staff.
Able to complete any tasks given and report to the superior before the target date.
JOB REQUIREMENT
At least a Certificate or a Diploma holder or equivalent.
Must be an organized person and always be punctual.
Well–presented and a professional in inventory systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of storekeeping and general warehousing.
Familiarity with issuing, stocking, ordering and receiving parts / supplies and understanding of cycle counts in inventory.
Proficient in computer usage especially with MS office skills.
This job requires a valid driving license and forklift certification
