JOB DESCRIPTION

• Perform customer service in communicate with Customers for shipments arrangement.
• Liaise with warehouse, vendors and overseas agent for shipment update and movement
• Handle documents whenever assigned by HOD
• Willing to accept any task assigned by management from time to time
• Applicant must be willing to work extra hour and under work stress

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's degree.
• Preferably, at least 4 years and above with working experience related to Freight Forwarding/Nvocc background would be an advantage.
• Able to handle job with minimum supervision.
• Good personality, responsive and positive working attitude.
