JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Managing & monitoring staff performance & processes.
  • Review, analyze and monitoring of customer satisfaction result and outlet scorecard.
  • Planning, review, execute and managing Customer Service Operation Forum.
  • Focused improvement and goal alignment activities.
  • Review and submission of reports.
  • Coordinator for outlet process optimization/quality improvement/reducing waste.


JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field (Professional qualification is an added advantage).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in related fields.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook.
  • Good command of spoken & written English.
  • Deadline-driven with strong analytical skills.
  • Strong budgeting and organizational skills.
