Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
Reporting schedule on daily basis at 10 a.m. & 5 p.m. •
Updating TRELLO board for all the activities.
Updating details of tender and others: Briefing detail, Tender requirement, Documentation, Deadline, Details of the tender Person in Charge.
Registration for the vendor.
Arrange for documents delivery or pick up.
Filling up the tender submission forms.
Prepare Proposal (Financial / Non- Financial).
Complete the tender requirements before dateline.
Presentation for submitting the tender.
Attend the tender briefing.
Close sales.
Preparing prototype or P.O.C (proof of concept).
JOB REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in any field. Experience in tender, business, marketing, and management will be an advantage.
Must be well versed in preparing proposal and documentations for tender submission.
Preference for the candidate coming from IT background or company.
Good command in writing and speaking English and Bahasa Melayu.
Effective planning and organization skills required to schedule appointments appropriately and to meet reporting deadlines.
Required Skill(s): B2B Sales, Marketing, Communication, Critical, Strategic Thinker, Team Player, and Presentation skills.

Strong leadership skill and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
