Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems.
Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel.
Manage all HR information and employee data to ensure accurate and timely update in HR record.
Conduct On Boarding & Off boarding, recommend improvement of the process to ensure complete orientation experience.
Conducting new employee orientations and overseeing exit interviews.
Manage all the administrative tasks on appointment, confirmation, transfer, re-designation, increment and resignation of employees.
Recruitment activities from job posting, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, selection, to offering, preparation and administering the signing of contracts.
Creating and maintaining employees’ records through payroll vendor. Ensuring all payroll information are entered accurately into payroll vendor central system for processing.
Responsible for processing the organisation's payroll in a timely and accurate manner. Reviewing and validating payroll reports and summaries as well as checking and maintaining accurate payroll record.
Maintaining company directory and update organizational charts.
Developing, revising Job Descriptions for each of role.
Improved Employer Branding to attract and retain talents.
Developing, revising, and recommending Claim Policies and procedures.
Determines and recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation.
Foster cross-functional relationships and ensure managers and employees are properly connected.
Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 3 or 4 years of HR experience or other related field.
Familiar with Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint).
Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management.
Well versed in Labour Laws of Malaysia & latest recommendations by Government authorities.
Ability in multi-tasking, confident, meticulous and have excellent communication skills.
Leadership skills.
Ability to foster healthy employee relations.
Excellent written and oral communication in English, Malay (able to communicate in Mandarin is a plus point)
