JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee relations matters, including but not limited to grievances, complaints, and conflicts.
  • Investigate employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers and employees on appropriate courses of action.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies related to employee relations.
  • Provide training and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters.
  • Develop and implement programs and initiatives to promote positive employee relations and engagement.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records related to employee relations issues and actions taken.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure consistency and alignment in employeerelated matters.
  • Stay up-to-date on best practices and trends in employee relations and make recommendations for continuous improvement.


JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in employee relations, HR, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies related to employee relations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with others.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment.
