JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings.
  • Conduct employee performance reviews.
  • Participate in recruitment and dismissal processes.
  • Develop strategies & provide direction for better workplace efficiency and goal achievement. 
  • Solve and Smooth out the problems once occur within the workplace.
  • Monitor the Facilities department expenses and budget and implement the costing control plan.
  • Implement workflow procedures based on direction from Facility Manager
  • Make executive decisions, hold meetings and provide accountability.
  • Interfaces with other departments, contractors and suppliers on all Facilities related matters
  • Ensure compliance to organizational standards, including safety and quality standards.


JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Required skill(s): MS PowerPoint, Ms Word, Ms Excel.
  • Leadership Skill, Supervisory skill & technical judgement
