JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible to daily operational works of machine shop.

• Assist machinist to run CNC/Manual machine according to production schedule.
• Assist machinist to set-up CNC programming & perform 1st piece test cut.
• Preparation of work instructions (W.I), Inspection check sheet & Job Order "JO".
• Preparation of materials.
• Preparation of Tooling, Jigs & Fixtures and cutting tools.
• Control Internal Rejection below 2%.
• Line Improvements and UPH upgrading activities.
• Carry out manual drilling, deburr & Dress activity (if necessary)
• Daily updates inspection gauge/equipment check list.
• Send finish good material "FG" to finish job area/rack.
• AM, QIT and ICC activities.
• To safeguard all the company's property and to maintain a very good 5's level.
• Any other tasks as directed by superior.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Minimum SKM step 3.
• Preferable Diploma or equivalent in related discipline.
• 1-2 years relevant experience in Production environment.
• Hand-on in all aspect of precision machining, tooling, jigs and fixtures.
• Personal at all level.
