  • Responsible to recruit high-end technical professionals in the area of Information Technology Industry in either contract, contract-to-hire and full-time positions.
  • Manage full life cycle of recruitment including posting of jobs, job board searches, screening, interviewing, negotiating salaries and finalizing offers to prospective candidates.
  • Pre-screen candidates with detailed phone screening, which would include evaluating their capability to the job requirements, thereby ensuring the right fit for the position.
  • Negotiate wage/salary rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates.
  • Schedule interviews and follow-ups on each submitted candidates until the candidate is accepted / rejected.
  • Built good inter-personal relations & effective high performing network with candidates.


  • Minimum Two years of recruitment experience both in-house and/or outsource environment.
  • Outgoing personality, a strong team player with pleasant demeanor.
  • Excellent communication skills and client focus. Ability to build good relationships, engage with business leader and work effectively with multiple stakeholders at all levels.
  • Meticulous with high level of self-initiative.
  • Acquire comprehensive talent sourcing and mapping experience.
  • Exposure in recruiting for talents from Professional Services industry will be an added advantage.
