JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
• Manage FurRepublik.my’s social media platforms, create and curate content, and develop a consistent voice and tone for our brand.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns and other forms of digital marketing.
• Set and achieve marketing targets and goals, regularly analyzing results to make data-driven decisions.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to stay up-to-date on industry changes and make recommendations for improving our marketing strategies.
• Plan and organize events and promotions to increase in-store traffic and sales.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure all marketing efforts are aligned with FurRepublik.my’s overall business objectives.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience (minimum of 1-2 years) as a Marketing Executive and Social Media Executive.
• Passionate about pets, specifically cats.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing techniques.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Analytical skills to measure results and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative thinking skills and ability to generate new and innovative marketing ideas.
• Experience in event planning and promotion is an added advantage.
