JOB DESCRIPTION

• One of the team in Supplier Quality Management (SQM) in Mechanical Engineering (ME) or Electrical Engineering (EE).
• To co-operate with R&D team to develop local resources and new product/material, supplier management.
• In charge of supplier survey and audit.
• In charge of quality and process improvement (8D report)
• In charge of supplier management plan of hazardous substances (GP Program)
• To ensure quality problems and issues including preventive measures are well managed and taken care.
• To ensure customer satisfaction and improvement of issues.
• Any other task assigned by the immediate superior.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Quality / Electrical or Mechanical Engineering / Business Admin or any related field.
• At least 1 -2 Year(s) of working experience in Electrical / Electronics products or manufacturing industry.
• Experience in QA and SQM field and added advantage.
• Familiar with quality system, production process, statistical method and management skills.
• Familiar with supplier QSA, QPA, CS2R and site audit.
• Knowledge and exposure in ISO QC 7 tools, IATF 6949 5 main tools.
• Application of SPC, Cpk tools.
• Ability to review SCAR (8D).
• Have qualification in 6 Sigma GB.
• Good computer skills i.e Microsoft Office.
• Required Language(s): English, Bahasa and Mandarin (due to nature of business) in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
• Good communication, networking, coordination and leadership skills.
