JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop, plan and implement site Responsible Business Alliance (RBA), procedures/programs and ensures alignment with Corporate RBA policies, goal and objectives.
• Ensure site compliance with governmental and local regulations pertaining to RBA Validated Assessment Program (VAP) compliance and handles all contract with appropriate agencies.
• Ensure required regulatory and internal performance metric reports are submitted accurately and within established datelines.
• Participate in the review of site RBA systems requirements.
• Execute, develop, implement, maintenance of RBA sytems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and OHSAS 18001)
• Ensure appropriate corrective action is taken where environmental, health andsafety hazards exist.
• Performing audits of employee attendance / system, inspect to current specifications and conformance to the RBA standards.
• Co-ordination and preparation of necessary response for internal as well as external party audits (RBA, customers, third party. compliance audit, legal audit, etc) monitoring HR attendance system modules to ensure compliance.
• Any other job functions that required by Management and preparation of daily/weekly RBA reports.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Quality / Engineering / Business or any related field.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in Electrical / Electronics products or manufacturing industry.
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply for the position.
• Experience in EHS & RBA systems (ISO 14001, ISO45001 and OHSAS 18001) is preferred.
• Familiar with ISO procedure and documentation.
• Good computer skills i.e Microsoft Office.
• Required Language(s): English, Bahasa and Mandarin (due to nature of business) in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
• Good communication, networking, coordination and leadership skills.
