JOB DESCRIPTION
To develop competencies, knowledge and skills in becoming HTI internal trainer.
To assist in the execution of the training & consulting business activities which includes, but not limited to, business development, proposal preparation, project management, and general administration.
To manage HDC online training programmes via OpenLearning platform, including external trainers, content improvement and customer service.
To assist in developing HTI halal training modules.
To study and understand the recent halal issues.
To attend trainings, seminars and conferences related to Halal industry.
To assist Sales Team in promoting and marketing HTI services.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Bachelor Degree in Halal related Studies (Shariah, Food Science & Technology, Halal management and other relevant courses).
Zero to 3 years of experience in training activities.
Excellent knowledge and skills in Halal industry as well as training & development industry.
Demonstrate leadership abilities.
Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
Strong verbal, listening and written communication skill is required.
Excellent interpersonal skills and salesmanship.
Ability to be proactive, self-motivated and self-directed.
Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service.
