JOB DESCRIPTION

• Conduct cold calls from regular incoming leads channels.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls and correspondence for services.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customers.
• Ask right questions to understand the customer’s requirements.
• Update customer’s personal information accurately in CRM system.
• Keep team lead informed by submitting activity and result reports.
• Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Fast paced and quick thinking, able to respond to clients promptly.
• Good communication & presentation skills.
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin.
• Skilful in negotiation and dealing with complaints.
• Patient and able to handle customer rejections.
• Possess at least SPM / Diploma in any field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
