JOB DESCRIPTION

• Handle mass hiring for general worker, picker, packer, production workers, operator & etc.
• Apply active and passive ways to source suitable candidates based on the job requirements given by client.
• Advertise vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media resources, for example: Indeed, Job Store, Facebook, Jobstreet, WhatsApp and etc.
• Screen resumes & perform phone interviews with candidates.
• Communicate client’s company information and benefits with candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interview arrangement with client and candidates.
• Follow up on the interview process status.
• Project coordination in terms of attendance and disciplinary issues regarding contract worker.
• Manage end to end mass recruitment pipeline (entry level & general worker).
• Strategize and execute new initiatives for more effective sourcing (such as job flyers distribution, job portal, school recruitment, referral program, social media recruitment etc).

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Possess at least SPM qualification.
• Preferably candidate who has working experience related to hiring/ recruitment.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Required age: 20 – 30 years old.
• Must possess own transport and able to travel within Klang Valley.
• Basic salary + commission + allowance.
