JOB DESCRIPTION

• Contact existing and potential customers by telephone and email.
• In charge outbound cold calling, lead generation, data refine and appointment setting.
• Provide an overview and upsell the products and services.
• Maintain and develop good relationship with existing and potential customers.
• Contribute and achieve the department group target set by the organization.
• Handle sales, products & services enquiries.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• SPM / Diploma / Degree or any relevant certificate in any field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in the area of telemarketing / telesales (call center is advantageous)
• Prefer applicant who have experience in sales, marketing & Insurance background.
• Good presentation & negotiation skills with the ability to customize product to customer needs.
• Candidate must be computer literate with good working knowledge of computer skills.
• Possess positive working attitude and able to work in a fast pace and dynamic environment.
• Must be independent, pro-active and self-driven.
• Required language(s): BM & English ; Mandarin will be added advantage.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Willing to work at Tropicana / PJ.
