JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensure appropriate inventory and monitor movement of raw materials.
• Order and transfer materials to Production timely.
• Keeping track of stocks using Stock Card and ensure that the physical accuracy of the stocks are maintained.
• Receive and verify the description, quantity and packaging condition as stated on the DO is tally with goods.
• Use Inspection & Test Plan as a guide.
• Monthly physical stock check.
• Liase with QC Operator for incoming inspection.
• Segregate any Non-Conformance Products and labelled "reject".
• To be returned to external provider OR send to QC for checking.
• Issue Purchase Order to External Provider and monitor delivery on purchases of materials or services.
• Maintain Store cleanliness and arranged orderly at all time.
• Maintain Forklift in proper manner and clean conditions. Drive with cautious.
• To be aware of environmental pollution issues and control.
• Contact waste disposal to pull the "tong" when it is full.
• To ensure wastes are properly taken care of; scheduled and non scheduled.
• Aware of customers' green procurement and requirements (e.g. RoHS, REACH)
• To comply and implement ISO 9001 requirements.
• Any other jobs assigned from time to time by the supervisor or management.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• PMR/SPM or equivalent.
• 6 months of working experience in related field.
• Printing knowledge and type of Papers.
• Must be self-motivated and good initiatives to work.
• Fully vaccinated against COVID19.
