JOB DESCRIPTION

• Recruit new customers to increase sales.
• Promote products and company to generate more sales.
• Understand Customers' Needs and Requirements (RoHS, REACH, Green Procurement SST etc) to service customer.
• Frequent visit Customers to build up relationship or rapport.
• Co-ordinate and handle customer's requirements or complaint.
• Enter Quotation request to Online Quotation System (OQS)
• Prepare Sample Card upon request by customer.
• In-charge collection of payment.
• Issue Job Sheet or Offset Job Sheet.
• Be aware of environmental issues that has bearing on the market needs.
• Assist delivery when necessary.
• To comply and implement ISO 9001 requirements.
• Any other jobs assigned from time to time by the supervisor or management.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• SPM/Diploma in any field.
• At least 1 year working experience in related field.
• Able to work cross functionally.
• Set objectives and strategies, best service in the marketing networking and efficient in line with operations.
• Self confidents and outgoing with good analytical, leadership and communication skills, willing to travel or be relocated.
• Able to lead, develop and interact with a teams of sales force.
• Computer Literate.
• Fully vaccinated against COVID19.
