JOB DESCRIPTION

• Managing sales performance to meet/exceed the sales target and business expectations and ensure it’s in line with the business direction.
• Create positive business relationships with new and existing customers through client visits and project bidding.
• Forecasting sales and setting sales targets as well as forecasting and managing costs and budgetary requirements to ensure maximum sales management efficiency.
• Monitoring overall sales volume as well as market trends and competitors.
• Provide support for the sales team, manage the team schedule, and allocate team resources to meet sales objectives of the company.
• Report on weekly monthly and quarterly sales performance.
• Conduct performance management and feedback to ensure professional and timely review of set objectives with each member of the team.
• Instruct regular on the job training sessions, including communication, troubleshooting skills, new products, system use and policies or process to the sales team.
• Other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor's degree of higher in related fields -Supply Chain preferably.
• Minimum 5 years in relevant sales managerial work experience with proven sales track record.
• Computer literacy and good command of English.
• Strong leadership with good interpersonal skills.
• Service-minded, flexible thinking, learning agility and quality assurance.
• Ability to define problems / Monitor root cause corrective actions.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize with a high sense of urgency.
