Managing sales performance to meet/exceed the sales target and business expectations and ensure it’s in line with the business direction.
Create positive business relationships with new and existing customers through client visits and project bidding.
Forecasting sales and setting sales targets as well as forecasting and managing costs and budgetary requirements to ensure maximum sales management efficiency.
Monitoring overall sales volume as well as market trends and competitors.
Provide support for the sales team, manage the team schedule, and allocate team resources to meet sales objectives of the company.
Report on weekly monthly and quarterly sales performance.
Conduct performance management and feedback to ensure professional and timely review of set objectives with each member of the team.
Instruct regular on the job training sessions, including communication, troubleshooting skills, new products, system use and policies or process to the sales team.
Other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree of higher in related fields -Supply Chain preferably.
Minimum 5 years in relevant sales managerial work experience with proven sales track record.
Computer literacy and good command of English.
Strong leadership with good interpersonal skills.
Service-minded, flexible thinking, learning agility and quality assurance.
Ability to define problems / Monitor root cause corrective actions.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize with a high sense of urgency.
