JOB DESCRIPTION

• Able to handle enquiry and Following up on previous customers for potential sales.
• Provide excellent service to potential and existing customers.
• Demonstrating and presenting products.
• Delivering scripted talks that describe the company's products or services, and explaining products and product prices.
• Answering customer information about products and benefits.
• Keeping track of customers that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future.
• Maintaining records of customer contacts.
• Schedule appointments for life planner to meet prospective customers.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Min Diploma or equivalent in related field.
• Discipline, self-motivated and independent.
• Computer literate and good sales ability.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Required language(s): Mandarin and English.
• Enjoy promoting financial products (AIA) via phone call excellent communication skills.
• The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
• Able to start immediately.
