JOB DESCRIPTION

• Able to provide the medical consultation and healthcare advices.
• Able to assist the customer by giving the advice and responding to the queries from customers to recommend suitable medicine or health supplements.
• Able to provide basic health screenings.
• Able to provide professional service in pharmaceutical care to customer on their medication regimen to improve health conditions.
• Able to communicate new product promotion and ensure promotion are communicated accurately to customers.
• Able to maintain the proper storage and keep alert on the conditions for the medicine.
• Able to assist in stock take and responsible for expired / shortage of product.
• Able to ensure inventory record and stocks are always tally.
• Able to maintain product wastage at low level according to the Company’s guidelines.
• Able to receive stocks according to purchase order.
• Able to ensure product availability while keeping cost at its optimal performance and work within storage capacity constraints.
• Able to ensure the pharmacy always comply to government regulatory.
• Able to execute best pharmacy practice and follow guidelines given by authority and the Company.
• Able to upkeep prescription and poison book record.
• Manage and oversee the operation of outlet in accordance with the standards and procedure of the company.
• Provide assistance in daily operations of the pharmacy outlet if needed.
• To assist in day-to-day Operations including coverage for other pharmacists if the need rises.
• To train and induct new staff, provide constant coaching and support.
• Report and work with area trainer, assistant pharmacist manager and staff together in order to achieve the goals of the organization.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy / Pharmaceutical or equivalent.
• Candidate must have full FRP license.
• New qualified pharmacists are encouraged to apply.
• Training will be provided.
• Able to speak in Mandarin fluently will be added advantage (as the role requires candidates to liaise with Mandarin Speaking clients)
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Good written and communication skills.
• Good Attitude, Responsible, Customer Friendly.
• Computer Literate.
• Working Location: Klang Valley & Selangor.
