JOB DESCRIPTION

• Maintaining store to standards, including stocking & cleaning.
• Ensuring a consistent standard of customer service.
• Processing refunds & exchanges, resolving complaints.
• Completing task assigned with accurately & efficiently.
• Hiring, training and developing new employees.
• Assist Supervisor in organizing employee schedule.
• Ensuring that health, safety and security rules are followed.
• Assist Supervisor for Sales record & bank in.
• Motivating employees & ensuring a focus on mission.
• Providing leadership' example and direction to all employees.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Fresh graduate encourage to apply.
• Diploma and above (SPM must with at least 2 years experience)
• Male or female.
• Able to speak basic English and Bahasa.
• 8 weeks of training.
• Training in combination of theory (online/face to face classroom based training) and practical (on the store training)
• Training will be focusing on the store's Standard Operation Procedure (SOP), leadership and soft skills.
• After training, candidate will be assistant supervisor at one of MR D.I.Y's store (Candidate from Selangor Kerjaya will be placed in one of MR D.I.Y's store in Selangor)
