HR Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION

Recruitment

  • Advertising vacancies on job posting sites, and on our social media platforms.
  • Collecting and reviewing applications to shortlist candidates.
  • Conducting background checks to ensure that candidates are fit for appointment.
  • Contacting applicants' nominated referees to ascertain their work ethic and experience.
  • Arrange an interview session.
  • Arrange contract signing session.
  • Assisting in issuing employment contracts.
  • Assisting in onboarding program (assisting in conducting onboarding program).
  • Assisting in employee resignation (assisting in exit clearance, conducting exit interview).
  • Entertain quiry regarding recruitment.

Compensation and Benefit

  • Assist AM in Payroll preparation (claim checking and approval).
  • Assisting with the Payroll documentation (eg: OT, claims, monthly payslip).
  • Assist to key in new joiner database in Payroll system.
  • Assisting with the documentation of employee compensation and benefits (eg: insurance).
  • Assisting in statutory submission (every 10th & 15th of the month).
  • Assisting with EA form preparation.

Administration

  • Providing clerical and administrative support.
  • Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies).
  • Entertain emails from employee.
  • Prepare letter for employee as and when needed (eg: Employe Confirmation Letter, Ex-gratia Letter, Increment Letter, Acceptance of Resignation Letter).
  • Assist in employee engagement activities (Support the recognition given to employees. Eg: send out email for birthday/new born/funeral/sick).
  • Continuously learn the latest HR best practices to improve workplace efficiency.


JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources.
  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management or any related field. Skills (Technical knowledge and expertise):
  • Working knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Team player.
  • Good time-management skills. 
  • Effective HR administration and people management skills.
  • Be able to stay calm in difficult situations.
  • Have good commercial awareness.
  • Have good spoken and written communication skills.
  • Be confident about gathering facts and statistics.
