JOB DESCRIPTION

• Forecast ordering, plan lead time, prepare Purchase Order and ensure timely delivery of purchased material.
• Forecasting supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock (OOS) – Stock is including raw material, product, stationery and all related purchase.
• Negotiation with potential vendors and suppliers to ensure that the suppliers can be procured timely with the best price in accordance with the plan.
• Evaluate the supplier’s performance based on the quality standard, delivery time, and best pricing to ensure that all the criteria are met according to company’s requirements.
• Research and look for alternative suppliers - for better price, better quality, and better trading term.
• Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Min 2 years purchasing experience.
• Able to travel oversea for product sourcing.
• Good communication and negotiation skill.
• Able to read and communicate in Mandarin.
