JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for assisting the production supervisors and monitoring production schedules.
• General administrative and clerical tasks that may be requested by manager to ensure timely flow on production floor.
• Monitor and ensure compliance to MeSTI and HALAL requirements.
• Record and manage MeSTI documentations.
• Manage factory stock(ex. van stock reconciliation, daily raw material stock, factory equipment maintenance schedule etc.)
• Quality Control for incoming and outgoing goods.(ex. check packaging quality, record customer name and invoice number, check incoming raw material goods quality etc.)
• Assist in factory staff management(ex. ensure compliance by staff to factory SOP etc.)
• Ensure compliance to HALAL requirements.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Food Technology.
• Possess HALAL certification (for food manufacturing industry) from a recognized institution or training provider.
• Fresh graduates welcomed to apply.
