• To make inbound calls to customer
• To make outbound calls to customer
• Attend to any inquiries promptly

JOB REQUIREMENT

• SPM / Diploma / Degree or any relevant certificate in any field
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English
• Minimum 1 year experience in the area of customer service (call center is advantageous)
• Computer literate
• Positive working attitude and able to work in a fast pace and dynamic environment
• Independent, pro-active and self-driven
