Processing of daily online orders (Lazada & Shopee) and ensure customer orders are fulfilled in a timely, precise manner and properly recorded.
Efficiently pick customers’ orders to ensure that the correct number of units and type of product is picked for the purpose of order processing.
Observe quality control for completed personalized orders to ensure maintenance of the highest quality standards uphold by the Company.
Coordinate with courier shipping and follow ups.
Liaise with relevant internal parties to manage and resolve all issues related to order fulfillment.
Work on relevant tasks assigned by management from time to time.
Prepare and analysing reconciliation report in daily, weekly and monthly basis: sales order, delivery order, payment gateway, inventory, courier shipping to ensure no outstanding unmatched transactions.
Prepare SOP for operation related process and continually enhance process to improve efficiency.
Responsible to support division’s day-to-day administrative tasks and assist in other ad-hoc duties, projects or activities assign by superior.
Self-motivated and highly organized.
1-2 years of related working experience preferably.
Excellent prioritization skills and detail oriented.
Communicative: Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong written/verbal communication skills. Proficiency in English & Bahasa Malaysia is mandatory.
Candidates who have strong analytical and problem solving skills will be prioritized as you will be expected to think on your feet and solve issues as they come along independently with minimal supervision.
