JOB DESCRIPTION

• Perform Delivery Order, invoices & adjustment all related document of inventory task.
• Monitors and maintains current inventory levels.
• Processes purchasing orders as required.
• Tracks orders and investigates problems.
• Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory.
• Reconciles actual stock count to computer generated.
• Perform closing end of month.
• Investigate and correct discrepancies in reported quantities and locations of all inventory.
• Maintaining and updating records of purchase orders, pricing reports, and inventory records.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• To ensure the accuracy of the physical stock and system.
• Daily checklist, project, report template & system adjustment report.
• Support Distribution Centre – 100% allocation (Stock Confirmation of On hand Balance)
• Planning of-Inventory task & operation (Plan for monthly Stock-Take)
• Monitor Stock Adjustment.
• Improvement plan for Inventory.
• Ad-hock task given by HOD.
