Assist in preparing meeting materials, minutes taking, letter/memo/reports/contract drafting and preparation as well as provide general assistance during presentation/meeting.
Perform secretarial duties such as scheduling & attending meetings and follow up on external and internal meeting appointments, notifying relevant parties on venue details and agendas to ensure all parties are well prepared for the meeting.
In charge of all traveling arrangements for top management.
Maintain a systematics filling system and safekeeping of important documents.
To maintain absolute confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of internal and external personnel.
Assist in any other ad-hoc assignments/projects/works as and when required.
Experience and understanding of data analysis and evaluation to meet business needs.
Excels at operating in a fast pace; ability to work under pressure.
Interested to learn with growth mindset.
Good in Microsoft Powerpoint, Word and 1Excel.
Able to work overtime as needed.
Able to travel if required.
