Determine individual training needs and requirements for Corporate, Franchisee, Manager, Supervisors & Outlet Crews.
Provides training materials to meet specific training needs.
To plan, organize, deploy, and conduct training required.
Develops, updates and amends Operation Manuals and Training Manuals regularly.
Create, conduct, and develop training for new joiner as per SOP Manual.
Develops, updates and amends training approach, material regularly.
Work closely with Products R&D (Research and Development) department on new menu – S.O.P, process, control, training measure, quality control and all related matters.
Working closely with Marketing on new promos launching related to new engagement, new products etc - S.O.P, process, control, training measure, quality control and all related matters.
Come out with memo regarding Operation control measure.
To do structured outlet visitation as per requirements and area needs.
To provide support on the effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance of Operation Standard.
Carry out store inspection to maintain high operational standards as required.
To justify work process, workload, and work ethic in Operation by providing simplify and easy way without jeopardizing the standards.
To conduct training audit to ensure 100% compliance on activation at outlets level.
To have 2-way learning session with outlet members to ensure everyone been updated with latest process, S.O.P and continuously receive feedback.
To ensure outlets comply with authority’s compliance.
Provides talent bank so everyone knows where to deposit their strength to other opportunities in the organisation.
Propose and provides motivation, seminar, or any related courses to help Operation Team build self-qualities and positive mindset.
To plan, organize, deploy, and conduct classes as per requirement for each level.
To develop, activate and assist career path for Operation Team by providing necessary learning, training and quality needed.
JOB REQUIREMENT
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the F&B Training field is required for this position.
Diploma/ Bachelors degree in Food Technology or any related fields.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Young, outgoing, team player and hungry for growth.
Ready to challenge yourselves.
Able to converse in multiple language fluently & confidently.
Possess own transport and able to travel frequently as needed.
Able to speak Mandarin.
