JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Respond to issues and queries placed by couriers and customers in an empathetic and efficient manner.
  • Solve non-technical or technical questions or problems raised by customers or couriers via our live chat.
  • Identify the issues or queries of customers by good understanding and analytical thinking.
  • Provide good customer service with the aid of knowledge gained from the internal training and support systems.
  • Respond to a high level of chats while maintaining a high-quality response.


JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Proficient with computer software programs including MS Office suite (Word, Excel & Power Point)
  • Atleast 1 year experience in online marketplace of BPO's.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Data handling.
  • Hunger for career growth within the on demand and logistics industry.
