To handle overall IT activities and ensure IT operations are running smoothly.
Perform daily support/operation of the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting of hardware, software, system application, telephone PBX phone system, CCTV, emails, server, printers, backup/recovery and network infrastructure VPN and Servers.
Responsible in the liaison of software licensing, IT equipment purchase and control or settle up network infrastructure accordingly.
Develop and maintain local network in ways that optimize performance.
Responsibilities for IT security, anti-virus monitoring activities.
Periodical back up data of company data file.
Keep track all user’s issue was reported and solve the problem with teamwork.
Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources. Assist in any ad hoc assignment as assigned by superior.
Ability to operate independently, multi-tasking work, cope with highly challenging environment, proactive, punctuality, good attitude and able to work under pressure.
Work closely with other department/organization for scheduled onsite/offsite support.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
Required skill(s): LAN networks, hardware, software & networking, Switches, CCTV, PABX, Access security etc.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
