JOB DESCRIPTION

• Design and develop filters, LNAs, Mixers, VCOs, PLLs, FGUs, PAs, Drivers and Antennas (All the radio components).
• Design of receiver, transmitter and synthesizer for variety of wireless communications products.
• Complete all the stage of design process.
• Create requirements based on customer needs.
• Work with systems architects to ensure efficiency and integration of the RF components into the system architecture.
• Design of system architecture including software defined radio sections.
• Design of individual radio components such as filters, LNAs and etc.
• Design of PCB layout vi) Simulation using EDA tools.
• Bench testing and optimization - Work closely with other engineers (embedded software and DSP Software, FPGA, mechanical) to design, integration and testing of the product.
• Projects can vary greatly from one to the next, so you must open to learning new things and taking on new challenges.
• You maybe required to communicate with customers so excellent english communication skills and teamwork is essential.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Experience in designing discrete RF circuits as stated in responsibilities. However, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply for entry level positions.
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years design experience. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for entry level positions.
• Diverse knowledge and a wide variety of interests, especially in embedded systems and wireless communications including digital modulation methods.
• Thorough understanding of RF test equipment and measurements.
• Wide knowledge of hardware design (including power supplies, A/Ds, peripherals, battery charging circuits and etc) is preferred.
• Knowledge/experience in designing, simulating and measuring antennas including PCB antennas.
