JOB DESCRIPTION

• Research market needs from time to time.
• Grow company revenue and customer satisfaction by developing new products.
• Propose new products for market to management weekly.
• Follow up progress of product development from proposal stage, till complete.
• Organize market testing and servey to validate product.
• Look for supplier and communicate on availability of products during R&D phase.
• Research suppliers and negotiate price.
• Communicate with supplier on products development feedback.
• Enhance current product quality if needed.
• Confirm products specifications and quality upon products arrival.
• Participate in quality assurance process.
• Monitor sales and feedback on products launched, and propose plans for improvement if needed.
• Prepare reports on performance and feedforward.
• Communicate with Sales & Marketing Team on the products developed, performance reports.
• Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Business Development / Market Research background.
• Passionate in wellness / healthy related industry.
• Able to communicate in English & Mandarin.
• Great team player and problem solving skills.
