Customer Service Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To greet customer promptly and courteously address customer enquires.
  • To answer call promptly, screen and forward inquiries to the appropriate individuals.
  • To schedule customer appointments and take messages as required by the customers.
  • To notify Manager - Administration in case of customer complaints.
  • To update any customer appointment changes to respective Customer Service Consultant.
  • To prepare daily vehicle throughput report to the management.
  • To maintain and achieve Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) score as per target set.
  • Fully compliance to Mercedes-Benz Workshop Process Consultant (WPC) and Dealer’s standards.
  • To keep reception area and front desk clean and organized at all times to give a positive customer impression.
  • To assist on cashier functions when necessary.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks/duties as assigned.


JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Min SPM with minimum of 3 years experiences in similar roles and/or industry.
  • Fresh Graduate in Diploma of Office Management / Administration / Business Management / Hotel Management / Tourism / Public Relations or equivalent.
  • Pleasant personality with great communication skills.
